O Christmas Tree (O Tannenbaum) song and lyrics from KIDiddles

O Christmas Tree (O Tannenbaum) song and lyrics from KIDiddles: "O Christmas Tree (O Tannenbaum)
Traditional German Carol
Written By: Unknown,

O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree!
Thou tree most fair and lovely!
Oh Christmas tree, O Christmas tree!
Thou tree most fair and lovely!
The sight of thee at Christmastide
Spreads hope and gladness far and wide
Oh Christmas tree, O Christmas tree
Thou tree most fair and lovely!

O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree!
Thou hast a wondrous message:
O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree!
Thou hast a wondrous message:
Thou dost proclaim the Saviour's birth
Good will to men and peace on earth
O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree!
Thou hast a wondrous message

O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree!
You stand in verdant beauty
O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree!
You stand in verdant beauty
Your boughs are green in summer's glow
And do not fade in winter's snow
O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree!
You stand in verdant beauty

O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree!
How laden are your branches
O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree!
Your presence here enhances
Your silver star does glisten bright
Reflecting all the candlelight
O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree!
How laden are your branches

O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree
You fill all hearts with gaiety
O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree
You fill all hearts with gaiety
On Christmas Day you stand so tall
Affording joy to one and all
O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree
You fill all hearts with gaiety"

More Snow days

Our snow's already gone and melted again, but these were such fun pictures, I had to post them.

I just love how it warms up here. You get to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Minnisota was often so cold, we couldn't go out to play in the snow.

Stow Away

Don't you just love my little peanut, who had to try out the suitcase, before I packed it for thanksgiving?

Grandma Got Ran Over by a Reindeer

I played the "Grandma got ran over by a reindeer"Grooveshark :: Share: http://tinysong.com/bFQH for the girls not to long ago. The girls thought it was funny and have been singing it around the house.

When Lindsey talked to Steve's mom the other day, I realized that she took the song literally :-0
The first thing she ask was "Grandma did you get ran over by a reindeer the other night?"
We got quite a chuckle out of that one. You never know what's going on in those little brains.

Pretty as a Princess

Dress up has always been a favorite passtime around my house.

I guess theres just something about frills and lace that makes a girl feel special.

Even homework becomes a little less of a bother, when you put on that pretty pink gown.

The Thanksgiving Fixnz

This year we got to have two Thankgiving Celebrations. We went up to Wyoming to celebrate with Steve's family. It was quite a gathering. (I did take my camera, but forgot to get it out of the suitcase and use it ~OOPS!~) Cindy( Steve's cousin) did a great job hosting. The food was yummy, and there was lots of great fellowship.

On Saturday after we got back, my brother, sister and I met at my brother's house for a second thanksgiving. (Yes mom, we took lots of picture for you :D ).

Sibling shot. We're only missing our older sister. Wish you could have been here Tammy.

This is the Steve n Lindsey Daniel combo picture.
Everyone crouded around ready to eat. Shelly went all out! I fixed a few dishes, but she did the bulk of the work (turkey and pumpkin pie the two hardest, as far as I'm conscerned).

This is the new way to get big muscles. You should add these curls to your exercise program.

Great News

My sister Mischelle, qualified for a clinical trial, which she started two weeks ago. She was quite excited, as the qualifications were pretty specific, and several people were rejected.

The program allows her to take the medicine on an outpatient basis, with scheduled observation times. Wednesday, she was in for observation. Keep in mind, she only started the medicine two weeks ago, so when she called and said they were already seeing drastic results, we were quite excited. The doctors are saying she is the first person locally to see results this soon. People are flying in from London and Germany with hopes of participating in this clinical trial.
What a blessing to know God is in control, allowing her to participate in this treatment, and seeing it begin to work. God sure does know what he's doing. How exciting to see prayers answered.
